Since Nepal got constitution,he is not satisfied.Reason? Nobody knows. Due to this unknown and weird behavior he is being suspected to follow International rules and regulations. Everyone knows, neighbour country, India is too not happy with the current policies of Nepal government and 7 reasons were stated too.
