Secret Proposal from Indian Government to Nepal
Whatever opinion India gives, there is a barrier in supplies and there is not doubt in Nepal that it is an unannounced blockage. Even though Madhesi parties from Madesh gladly say that the blockage is caused by them, it is no doubt among the lead parties that it is just an excuse to hide the strategy of India. May be after understanding the situation, government bodies are ready to open the border with China.The relation of India and Nepal has reached to an inappropriate situation after India tried to limit the Nepali constitution in note.
