NOC sends letter to IOC

Nepal Oil Cormpration sends letter to Indian Oil Corporation demanding to bear all losses

Since long time IOC(Indian Oil Corporation) is denying to send petroleum products to Nepal. Indian government is still issuing blockade until constitution of Nepal is rebuilt.
