Why is PM Modi not satisfied by Nepal's Constitution?

Nepal got new constitution in Ashoj 3,2072 for which whole country has supported. But some kind of objection and negativity is crawling PM Modi's mind. Some source stated he has made the border tight for import of some basic needs from India and this has shown negative view towards Indian Government. What might be the reason behind this? The main reason for this is to not giving heartly welcome to Indian Ambassador. Read more in the following news
